Rover is firm about keeping your shipping charges low. Thus: UPS Ground shipping costs to the 48 continuous states are just $8.95 for the 1st item and only $1.00 for each additional item.
Sound too low? It is. In most cases, (especially with all the fuel surcharges) the actual shipping charges are more than this, but that's OK - Rover picks up the extra amount.

1) When will my order ship? (Back to Top)
Most orders get processed within a day or two. In many cases, if you order early enough in the day, your order will process and ship same day. We advise you to plan ahead for 1-2 days processing time, just to give the process some "wiggle room".
However, during the busiest times of year that can be extended to 3-4 days. Custom Orders (adding a custom features such as a sidebraid or changing an inseam) usually adds 7-10 days... Thanks for your patience.
2) How will my order ship? (Back to Top) Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. Because of Internet Security Issues, if shipping to a different address than the Billing address - the Person's Name MUST BE THE SAME. Please note: For Team orders, signature proof of delivery is required.
3) How long will it take? (Back to Top) Below is the UPS Ground map showing the standard number of days from our Fort Worth facility. Remember to add 1-2 days for processing and packing when calculating your delivery.
(Note: If you need your orders in a hurry -- we offer a Rush Handling service so that your order can be "bumped to the front of the line" and ship out the next day. Often this can save you money, as you can choose rush handling and ground service rather than an expedited shipping option.)

I know we Americans have a pitiful knowledge of geography -- but we're told both Hawaii and Alaska are pretty far away from Texas. (Who knew?) So, as you residents of our far-flung states are aware -- additional handling and more expensive shipping costs are the norm.
We use USPS Priority Mail for Hawaii and Alaska rather than UPS. This keeps the cost to a minimum. Rates start at $9.95 for the first item, and are an additional $2 (AK) or $3 (HI) for each item following. Yes. When your order is shipped , we will send you an email notifying you of shipment. This email will also contain information on how to track your order - if you desire.
6) How does Rover ship to APO addresses?(Back to Top)
APO addresses require additional handling and separate shipping methods from our standard shipping. These are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with shipping/handling base cost starting at $9.95. Each additional item beyond the first, adds another $2.00 to the shipping/handling costs. Turnaround time on orders to APO addresses may extend beyond normal processing times. 7) Does Rover ship softball gear to Canada?(Back to Top)
Yes. We offer two ways to ship to our Canadian brothers. USPS Priority Mail is best for up to 20 lbs. (A typical pant weighs just less than 2 lbs.) Anything over 20 lbs., choose UPS Standard, which is $18.95 for the first item (plus $1 for each additional item). HOWEVER, Canadian customs and customs brokerage fees may be applied to your shipment. These costs CAN be considerable, perhaps even CAN $40 in fees. Rover does not control these charges, and therefore cannot advise you what these fees may be. Please allow additional time for customs. While we will provide you with a tracking number --- delays caused by customs are understandably, out of our control.
