What if Rover doesn't list my pant size?
No problem! While we stock thousands of softball pants, we don't always have every size available. That's why you can simply write in your softball (or baseball pant) size where it says "Make My Size", and we will make it to order. Please note: This typically takes between 1-3 weeks depending on how busy we are. (We cannot make any guarantees on timing -- it's just too difficult with custom made softball pants.)
Note: R+9 can do ANY length (37"+ are additional) but waists are always in EVEN numbers.

What if I need to make changes to my order?
It's your responsibility to place your order with all details correct in the initial order. It is our responsibility to follow that order, and deliver your gear as ordered. If you want to make a change, we will always do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees. Custom uniforms can be a complicated production process, and at times, changes cannot be executed. We typically do not take changes over the phone, as we require a written record. Please note that an email sent by you does not mean we have your change until you receive a confirmation reply.

Unlike many other softball companies, Rover does not charge a "restocking fee" or a return charge. You will only be responsible for shipping costs.

Yes -- customized, "Make my Size" or made-to-order items cannot be returned since they were created specifically to your request. This includes custom-created softball pants, inseams cut to your size, special order waists -- under 32" or above 44", custom team jerseys, customized sidebraid pants, and other made-to-order softball gear.
GUARANTEE: If you receive ANY ITEM from Rover with a defect in the manufacturing or a quality problem --- we will ALWAYS take it back to repair or replace it for you.

Simply choose a custom sidebraid from the drop-down menu. Please note that it adds some production time to add a custom sidebraid to your uniform shorts, typically between 5-7 days.
