Rover is adamant about keeping your shipping charges low. Thus: UPS Ground shipping costs to the 48 continuous states are just $7.95 for the 1st item and only $1.00 for each additional item. So for example, if you were to order our most popular item, our Extra Long, Open Bottom Pro Style Softball Pant, and add on a Pro Leather Belt (as many do), you're going to pay less than $9 to get it shipped.

Sound too low? It is. In most cases, the actual shipping charges are more than this, but that's OK - Rover picks up the extra amount.

1) When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 2 business days. However, we are extremely busy and orders that have Custom Striped pants are taking 4-5 days to make...we are striping 'em as fast as we can. Thanks for your patience.

2) How will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. Because of Internet Security Issues, if shipping to a different address than the Billing address - the Person's Name MUST BE THE SAME.

3) What about Hawaii and Alaska?

Both Hawaii and Alaska require additional handling and separate shipping methods from our standard shipping. Both are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with shipping/handling base cost starting at $9.95. Each additional item beyond the first, adds just $1.00 to the shipping/handling costs. Turnaround time on orders to Alaska or Hawaii may extend beyond normal processing times. Should you need something urgently, please follow up your order with an email to Rover@RoverPlusNine.com, noting both your order number and your delviery timing.


4) Does Rover offer Order Tracking?

Yes. When your order is shipped , we will send you an email notifying you of shipment. This email will also contain information on how to track your order - if you desire.

5) How does Rover ship to APO addresses?

APO addresses require additional handling and separate shipping methods from our standard shipping. These are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with shipping/handling base cost starting at $9.95. 6) Does Rover ship softball gear to Canada?

Yes. Shipping to Canada is an additional surcharge of $10, and takes 8-9 business days shipping time. Turnaround time on orders is extended by 3-5 business days as well. HOWEVER, Canadian customs and customs brokerage fees may be applied to your shipment. These costs CAN be considerable, perhaps even CAN $40 in fees. Rover does not control these charges, and therefore cannot advise you what these fees may be. Please allow additional time for customs. Delays caused by customs are understandably, out of our control.
